Sleep is something we all do and need. Most adults need 7 to 9 hours a night, but a chance would be a good thing!
They say to sleep well, 3 hours before bed, do not eat or drink alcohol. 2 hours before, no work, and one hour before, no screen time, phone time, tv etc. Not sure what you do for the last hour!!
There are a lot of things that can disturb your sleep and wake you and keep you awake, ie, noise, stress, health, financial probs, sleeping in the day, to name a few.
We often try to do things to stop our brains from keeping us awake, but they donβt always work.
