Inspiration & Motivation

We all have days when life seems a struggle or our get-up-and-go has got up and gone.
And it isn’t always easy to find something to pick us up, although there are plenty of great motivational quotes out there on the Internet.
Music can certainly lift us, whether it helps our mood or motivates us to get up and do something, even if that is only dancing around!

And if we are working on something creative, music can give us inspiration for art or writing!
Instrumental and classical music is my go-to when doing some writing. There is nothing like a wonderful wave of orchestral music to wake the muse from slumber!

What motivates or inspires us can be the melody, the lyrics, or just a great beat!
