Covers and Adaptations!🎶

Covers and adaptations to another genre, language or arrangement can add layers of meaning and expressiveness to the original songs. They are very important for introducing older music to new generations, and often serve as a way for young performers to present themselves to the audiences.

And many times a version has become more popular than the original!
I have often discovered that a song I loved for years was actually a cover or a reinterpretation of an earlier composition I never knew existed! I am sure I will learn more in this thread, too!
